Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing practice of Japanese origin
Traditional Usui Reiki is passed on from teacher to student following a lineage back to founder Mikao Usui
As an offering, Reiki is a complementary form of natural healthcare supporting the body’s own innate wisdom and ability to heal through energetic flow emotionally, spiritually and physically
Fully clothed at all times, clients lie on a massage bed (or sit in a chair if preferred)
Reiki is channeled through my hands over various points of your body releasing any energetic density, balancing chakras (our energy centres)
Typically clients experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation throughout the session, with some finding themselves floating off to sleep
From this place of groundedness and softening of body and mind, often comes an opening into replenishment and expansiveness

1 hour Reiki energy healing session

PERSONALISED InTUITIVE ART
In the week following your Reiki session I will create a personalised channeled artwork, drawn using artist quality ink pens on 360gsm A3 art paper, signed, unframed (framing can be arranged at additional cost)
Your artwork can either be received via courier or presented in person approx one week after your Reiki session in a 40min intimate one-on-one ceremony honouring you at Soularta x
Ceremony includes oracle card selection, herbal tea, rose quartz crystal, intuitive affirmation or poem shared
