Welcome | I’m Michelle, your Reiki Practitioner & Intuitive Guide
As an empath and highly sensitive soul I have always been curious, feeling energies deeply, noticing subtleties
Past and current chapters have centered around connection with others; previous years in recruitment, in community, during naturopathic studies, retail, sharing poetry on-line and through co-creation
Reiki training is where I moved straight into heart and felt my soul light up - knowing instantly Reiki was a calling, to be of service and contribute positively within the collective
Additionally, I started channeling art two years ago after light language activation and opened Soularta as a space for Reiki energy healing sessions and further offerings of personalised intuitive art packages
I am thankful for teachings, aha moments, mentoring and guidance from many over my journey whether passing conversations with a stranger on a ferry ride, soul-baring shares with friends, inspiring writers and artists, facilitators expanding thoughts, and space holders witnessing tears and laughter
Most at home with the trees, the ocean, the birdsong; the breeze touching my cheek, watching reflections dancing, a dreamer, a seeker, an inner-child celebrator, holding at my core my younger self with her blue gumboots, the girl who found and continues to find joy in puddle jumping and cloud imaginings
Gratitude and awe for life from the smallest creatures to each of us in human form
For years I shied away from stepping into my full power always playing smaller than my true essence, telling myself this is where I am safest, not of course truth for the soul seeks a leaning into courage
There came a time when I realised the answers I often sought externally resided within, I am in fact my own light and guide, as you too are your own
I am still growing and learning how to show up for the full breadth of all I am, passionate about supporting others so they can do the same; I would be honoured to walk alongside you

A small sanctuary nestled by the Waitākere Ranges in West Auckland, Soularta was borne of this leaning into courage, paying attention to synchronicities and soul whispers
Dreams and visions tucked into journal pages over years, seeking release, a call to action growing stronger each day of a space and offerings blended in Reiki energy healing and creative expression
As you enter Soularta whether for Reiki or to receive your Intuitive Art in ceremony, my intention is for you to feel you have arrived within a sacred container melding between comfort and warmth, vitality and rejuvenation
Gifting yourself permission to rest on a blanket crafted in a sense nothing is needed, for this is a space to simply be
At Soularta you can allow shoulders to relax, breath and heartbeat to slow becoming rhythmic alongside music tracks chosen with love; where all emotions are welcomed with open arms
To receive as you so willingly give to others, returning to energetic balance, feeling an innate knowing in your belly that you are supported and held in this space
And most importantly held within your own heart, soul and body, your own inner home, the one you know most intimately
