Your privacy is of the utmost importance. We collect personal information directly from you, such as your name, contact information, billing or purchase details. Stripe is used for secure on-line payments, please see directly their privacy policy. Mailchimp is used for newsletter subscription, and in signing up for Soularta’s newsletter you agree to have personal information such as name and email address held. You can select to unsubscribe at any stage.

Information is collected in order to contact you directly in relation to any queries or appointment bookings. Any personal information shared by you, as the client, whether electronic or physical through booking forms, studio documentation, or in appointments is treated with complete non-judgement, respect and confidentiality; with client intake forms completed in person and held securely on-site. At no time shall any of your information or personal details be disclosed or shared with third parties.

As per the NZ Privacy Act (2020) you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect.
