Reiki is a gentle and non-intrusive natural therapy supporting the body’s own healing ability; and is complementary to conventional and other healthcare modalities. At no time are health diagnoses or prescriptions suggested or given. Reiki is not intended in any circumstance to replace medical or health-based recommendations, care, or medications you may be receiving. It is recommended to advise your health care practitioner of any complementary practices undertaken, or to arrange an appointment with them directly if you have specific health concerns. A consent form is required to be signed prior to our session starting, acknowledging you take, as client, full responsibility for your own health based decisions including treatment, and that Soularta and practitioner Michelle Wannan are released from all legal liability.

Please advise if you are pregnant prior to our session so appropriate bolster/cushioning support can be provided if needed.

Terms & Conditions

Once an appointment is booked you are entering into an ‘agreement’ with Soularta and are responsible for ensuring Terms & Conditions are met. This includes a minimum of 24hrs cancellation.

Payment is required at time of booking via Stripe with secure on-line payments (please see directly re their privacy policy). If the appointment is cancelled with minimum 24hrs notice the appointment will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is no longer an option for the client a full refund will be given or credit to be used at Soularta within the following six months. Cancellation within 24hrs will result in 50% payment retained. Sometimes circumstances occur beyond our control, if this is the case please do not hesitate to contact Michelle Wannan directly to advise/discuss.

In entering into an agreement you are also confirming all information provided is accurate and true.
